Siebel Consulting Partner prides itself on employing only the top 5% of the technical consultants in the Siebel consulting marketplace. Their fine reputation has been built on employing technically and business savvy Siebel consultants that are skilled enough to hold any position on a Siebel implementation project team. In addition, their consultants are versatile and knowledgeable enough to learn new Siebel modules, products, verticals and methodologies in a timely manner.

The ideal candidate is prized by their current employer and is typically staffed on a project at all times. As a result of this constant flow of work, Siebel consultants have a sense of loyalty to their projects, and are therefore extremely difficult to recruit.

Approach

We conducted in-depth interviews with our client’s leadership, including the CEO, CTO, VP Client Services and other employed Siebel technical consultants. We were able to develop a good sense of our client’s identity as they are positioned versus the rest of the Siebel marketplace.

We gathered lists of all the companies that could potentially employ a Siebel technical consultant. We then conducted our own in-depth research which helped us to most effectively determine the differences between a good, mediocre and great Siebel Technical Consultant. As a result, we ended up with a network of Siebel consultants who were regarded by their colleagues as being the best in the business. Our goal was to cultivate relationships with them and to ultimately know every Siebel consultant working today in the United States.

Outcome of Search

BINC search consultants found and placed four Siebel consultants within the first quarter of the search and placed ten consultants throughout our first year of working together.

BINC is largely responsible for helping this company grow from their initial twelve Siebel consultants to their current team of over fifty consultants.

Current state of relationship

Siebel Consulting Partner is aggressively looking to grow their headcount by twenty-one consultants per quarter so they rely on BINC for a consistent flow of strong candidates.
