Work at BINC

BINC is currently looking for extremely motivated and ambitious individuals with high energy and great communication skills to come join our team. Must be self-driven, results-oriented and have a positive outlook. We provide daily training in sales, recruitment, account development, account management, negotiations and people management. You will work with a team of highly ambitious Search Consultants all eager to be the top producer in a prosperous market.

BINC offer a top-tier producers commission schedule. A first year recruiter will be expected to earn 50-100K. A second year recruiter will be expected to earn 100k+. A third year recruiter will be expected to earn between 125-200k. We offer full medical benefits and you can contribute to a 401k.
